Leave string floss in the past

Do you find the normal process of flossing painful or horribly long and fiddly? You're not alone, but luckily, there is an alternative.

Not only is water flossing faster and easier than traditional flossing it's also more effective! But don't take our word for it.

Clinical studies have proven that water flossers are superior to traditional dental floss in several key areas.

  • More effective at reducing whole mouth plaque.
  • More effective at reducing bleeding.
  • More effective at reducing gingivitis.
  • More effective at cleaning around braces.

  • Fast and effective — remove up to 99% of plaque from treated areas in 3 seconds.
  • Clinically proven — helps prevent cavities and improve gum health.
  • Comprehensive — easily reaches every corner and crevice of your mouth with the 360° rotatable nozzle.
  • Portable — cordless and lightweight, making it ideal for travel and practical for smaller bathrooms.
  • Universal — suitable for those with braces, implants, fillings, crowns, bridges and veneers.

How often do you floss?

It's no secret that flossing should play an integral role in our daily oral hygiene routine, but not enough of us actually stick with it.

A 2016 scientific study1 discovered that only 30% of US participants flossed daily. Another study2 by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) estimated that 47.2% of American adults have mild, moderate or severe periodontitis, the more advanced form of periodontal disease (gum disease).

Brushing alone may not protect you from gum disease and the tooth loss that can result.

The FlossPro water flosser was designed to bring real, long-lasting, transformative change to your oral health and prevent a yearly scolding by your dentist.

Granular pressure settings

The 5 pressure sensitivity levels allow new users to start at a lower pressure and gradually build up to a comfortable level, making it perfect for adults, kids and those with sensitive gums.

Easy to refill and clean

The high-capacity 300ml water tank is quick and easy to refill and allows you to achieve a deep clean on a single tank.

Gravity ball technology

The unique gravity ball design allows the flosser to siphon water from the tank at virtually any angle. This allows you to easily reach areas of your mouth that are traditionally difficult to reach with string floss, including your premolars and molars.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use mouthwash in my water flosser?
Yes, you can use mouthwash but you must rinse the unit with clean water after each use. Do not use baking soda, salt or anything other than a mild mouthwash.

How often should I use my water flosser?
We recommend flossing at least once a day to maintain good oral health.

How often do I need to replace my tips?
Every 3 – 6 months is preferred, depending on how often you use your flosser. It is important not to share tips but you can all use the same flosser. You may purchase additional tips here.

Can children use a water flosser?
Absolutely YES. We do recommend supervision when they start out to ensure the correct technique is used. We also recommend your kids start at the lowest pressure setting.

How do I use the flosser without getting wet?
Instructions on how to use the flosser are in the user manual that came with your flosser. Here are two simple tips to keep you dry:
1. Lean forward over the basin;
2. Ensure your mouth is slightly ajar when flossing to allow the water to run out into the basin!

Can I floss if my gums are bleeding?
It's not unusual for your gums to bleed slightly when using a water flosser the first time, don't panic! Keep the unit on the lowest pressure and increase over time to a comfortable level. If bleeding does not subside after using your flosser regularly, see a dentist or dental hygienist as this may be indicative of something serious.

Does water flossing replace brushing?
No. Water flossing is for cleaning between the teeth and around the gum line. It does not clean the surface of your teeth and brushing twice daily is still required to maintain good oral hygiene.
